Effective June 1, 2022, Camp Bullwheel has partnered with Ability Montana
Partnering with Camp Bullwheel will provide access to the outdoors that most people with disabilities only dream about.

At its core, independent living simply means having equal access to the same opportunities as the rest of society. In Montana, that means having equal access to the natural outdoor playground and other recreational opportunities the state has to offer. Ability Montana is expanding their program offerings to include a rich robust outdoor recreation program which will enrich the lives of those served and help develop a sense of belonging within their communities.
Camp Bullwheel’s facilities will be used for one day and multi-day gatherings of people with disabilities, their friends, families, and Ability Montana staff to participate in fishing adventures, outdoor educational retreats, and visiting nearby attractions.
Camp Bullwheel’s accessible rafts, boats, and other fishing equipment will be used for flyfishing and floating experiences on the Madison River and other rivers in southwest Montana. Ability Montana will engage the services of professional outfitters and guides to provide angling and on the water expertise.
